Method of doing Markatasana Yoga

Step 1- To do this asana, first of all, lie down on the ground on your back, now bend the legs from your knees to the buttocks and keep your hands parallel to the shoulders.
Step 2- While exhaling, with both your legs turned to the right, keep the knee on the ground, pay attention that both your foot and knees are together, now rotate your neck to the left.
Step 3 – While breathing, bring your feet and neck back in the middle.
Steps-4- Now do the same process from the other side, feet to the left and neck to the right.
Second Method of performing Markatasana Yoga
- First of all lie back on the ground.
- Now bend your legs from the knees and keep the paws near the buttocks, there is such a gap between your legs that it is in the shoulder.
- Keep both your hands parallel to your shoulders, you can keep your palms facing the ground or in the sky.
- While exhaling, bend your feet from near the hip to the right and neck to the left, keeping your knees on the ground.
Precaution needs to be taken while doing Markatasana Yoga
While doing this asana, pay attention that both your knees and toes are together.
While turning your body, pay attention that you bend your body from the waist.
